I see where you are coming from.
The things you have mentioned in counter thou are mentioned in the 10 commandments. The things written in stone that we shall not do as people of God.

"Killing intruders. Killing potential intruders.
Abandoning my young. Killing my young."

All of these behaviours are easily observable in the animal kingdom, and quite commonplace. But of course, the sensible Christian would never try to use these kind of observable behaviours and a model for Christian living. Why do Christian homosexuals do this?

Why do Christian homosexuals ever do such things? It is because they are against the Ten Commandments, however homosexuality is not.
That is my take on it.
