>>Sorry about the blank post...

: : Well if these animals are having gay relationships which last their whole lives then it is obcviously not lust, nor it is their choice to be sexually attracted to eachother. If they were not sexually attracted to eachtoher (strait), then they would not have life long relationships so clearly it is not their choice... and since its not their choice, then they were designed that way.

: Well, perhaps I'm not clearly grasping your point. It seems you are making the mistake of arguing from an "is" to an "ought". Even if penguins have lifelong, loving, homosexual relationships by nature *today* - I don't see how that means they did in God's *original* design (before the Fall).

>>Why does it matter if it was orignal or not? We all live differently because of the Fall, yes? And it's not all condemned by God. Are you saying God's original design for every human that ever lived to be heterosexual and get married? I've never seen that in Scripture.

: And even if we did have special revelation that homosexuality practice among animals was "good", it seems we would have to make a leap to conclude that moral standards for animals apply to humans as well.

>>I don't really buy into what animals do is also moral or not for humans. But it does point to a natural state of things as does humans. I think what makes it moral and ok is the fact that it can be done for a lifetime, no one is hurt, and actually makes them satisfied and happy. How can you argue with that? Unlike animals killing others - that isn't moral when it comes to humans because it infringes on another's rights and harms. Therefore immoral.
