I just put all that stuff in to show people where my position was coming from. Although structure is nice and all.

One big theme I see here is masking a pegan religion inside of Christianity. The book of Maliki, the last of the Old Testiment warned not to use other religion's practices in our worship.

It seems like the Catholic Church was set up so much like the pegans, it was almost designed to trick the pegans into worhsiping Christ, rather than thier sun god.

Christianity is supposed to be a free will religion, not a deception.

I also understand that during the middle ages images and statues and mosaics were made so the common man, who was illiterate, would be able to understand the history and lessons of the Church.

Your Goddess theme exsists in many religions throught the world - because there is male and female, we must therefore relate. In the begining God said WE, not I. Yet never elaborated on the WE part and mentioned only I AM throught the bible. There is no WE, only I AM. If God wanted us to worship a feminine entity, then I'm sure it would be conveyed thru out the Bible, but there is none.

Jesus only mentioned Him and the Father - that is, unless, the Mother was taken out.

Who is to say that God is not the Father and the Mother?

God creates man out of the dirt of the Earth, and such He is the Creator, who engineered, and thus Mother, who birthed, as well.

Earlier life forms had no gender. They multiplied though a process called miosis, or they divided themselfs.

And so, as such, if God is all the Universe; then God would have given part of Him up for our bodies to exist, and He then loves us as Himself and we are one with Him in this manner. For God sacrificed a part of Him, that we may exist. Therefore God is the Father and the Mother of all there was, is, and is to come.

That is my argument against a mother god ideal.

Peace,
~Chris
